Bread Recipes for Lebensstil Bread Maker

I was watching a series on TV and there was a scene in a bread shop that made me miss freshly baked bread so much that I dug out my old breadmaker. The only problem was I couldn’t find the manual with the recipes. Thankfully, they still have it available online for download. But, just in case they decide to retire this machine and remove the download, I’m going to save the recipes here…

White Bread

  • 180ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 1/3 cups Plain Flour (350 grams)
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast

Program: Basic

Nut and Raisin Bread

  • 180 ml Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Plain Flour (300 grams)
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 34 grams Raisins
  • 25 grams Crushed Walnuts

Sesame Bread

  • 190 ml Water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups Plain Flour (335 grams)
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sesame

Wait until the last 15 minutes of baking, open the lid, use a small brush to spread some egg yolk on the bread, and sprinkle the sesame on top.

Sweet Bread

  • 180 ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups Plain Flour (335 grams)
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast

Program: Basic

Whole Wheat Bread

  • 180 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 140 grams Whole Wheat Flour
  • 185 grams Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast

Program: Whole wheat

Coconut Bread

  • 175 ml Water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/3 cup Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Plain Flour (300 grams)
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
