The Perfect Smoothie – Big on Taste, Big on Nutrients…

We love our super smoothies because they are a really easy way to get the kids to gulp down their nutrients with no fuss – especially when you have picky eaters with limited palates. To extend the range of foods and nutrients I can pack into a smoothie, I’m always on the look out for cool, new and interesting ingredients I can add in without offending sensitive little tastebuds…
