Week Five: Day 3 – Sunrise, Sunset

Here’s a confession…

I was going to slack off today.  I was planning to skip the workout completely and call it a rest day.  Over the last week, I haven’t really been sleeping much so after one too many nights of burning midnight oil, I finally crashed – literally – in my son’s cot as I was nursing him to sleep.  I slept like the dead and didn’t wake up until the morning.

So after missing out on updating my blogs again last night, I thought I’d catch up on a bit of writing.

Then I felt guilty for not working out, especially since I doubt I’ll be working out during the two weeks hubby, Gavin and I will down in Melbourne for Christmas and New Year.  So I managed to squeeze in a short 20 minute yoga workout from Yoga Zone – Sunrise, Sunset.  Light and easy – not much strain.  Although I sort of suspect that my muscles are getting stronger because I wasn’t dying from the warrior poses like I was when I tried this workout the first time around.

Ok, I promise I’ll work harder tomorrow…
